Frequently Asked Questions
  • How long does it take to make my Fine Art Print? Most Prints are ready to ship in 2-5 days. The longest part of the process is allowing UV protective coating to cure before the print is boxed. Warm dry weather speeds the process!
  • How do I care for my Fine Art Giclee Print? Your print is made with Archival Inks and Premium Grade OBA free Canvas. It has been treated with an UV Protective Coating for long life and water resistance. The protective coating will help to protect your print from abrasion. Nonetheless, protect your print from being scratched. The safest place for your print is on the wall!  Dust your print with a soft cloth.
  • Do I have to worry if the neighbor kid blows a PB&J sneeze on my print? Fear not! Your print is completely safe to wipe clean with warm water and a soft washcloth!
  • Can I be notified of a particular Artist's new work? You bet! Simply send an email with your request. We will notify you of new additions from any of our Artists or Categories that you are interested in. You can also be notified of new Artists by joining our emailing list.
  • Help! I have unsubscribed from your mailing list. Am I permanently removed? Only if you want to be. If you decide to rejoin us, just sign up again.
  • Are my transactions secure on this site?Absolutely! You can click on the Site Safe Secure Seal to view the details.
  • What if I don't find what I want? Tell Us! We would love to hear from you. What are you looking for? A particular subject matter.... a particular style...?
  • Will the colors of my print be exactly as shown on my computer screen? No. Colors seen on computer screens will vary according to settings and screen quality. Monitors are not capable of showing the full color range that can be seen in person with the naked eye; although they do a pretty good proximity.
  • How do I make a return? For complete instructions see our Return Policy.
  • What if I buy a Gallery Wrapped piece and then decide I want it framed? No problem. They can be framed just like a standard wrapped canvas. Just get a frame with a deeper rabbit (referring to the notched area on back of the frame that cradles the stretcher bars).
  • Will my print look exactly like the image shown regardless of print size? Most, but not all will. For example: an 18"x24" does not translate exactly to a 16"x20" as it does to a 12"x16". There will be a minimal amount of clipping on the 16"x20" image. If the amount of clipping is anything other than minimal  or detracts from the overall quality of the image, it will not be offered in that size!!
  • How is my print oriented? It is oriented according to the image itself. For example: If  you order a 12x16 horizontal landscape the print will be wider than it is tall. If you order a 12x16 perpendicular horse head portrait, the print will be taller than it is wide.
  • Can I hang my print in direct sunlight? We wouldn't recommend it. Sunlight and water are two of Natures greatest solvents. Even though archival ink manufacturers claim UV light wont break down their Inks (that fast anyway) I'd still put my money on Mother Nature. You wouldn't hang an original oil painting in the sun either. Treat your print with the same care and you'll get a lifetime of enjoyment from it.
  • You use premium grade materials, why aren't your prints more expensive? We FIRMLY believe that art shouldn't be that expensive. Plain and simple. To put it more eloquently,"Beauty is not reserved for the rich alone!"
  • Why don't you sell limited edition prints? The whole point of a limited addition is to keep the price up. We believe that the ultimate 'value' of an art print lies in the pleasure it brings the viewer today, not how much it may be worth when they're dead.
